I am an Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong, and currently Head of the Department of Psychology. How I got here is kind of a long story, but starts in Christchurch, New Zealand, and takes in New Haven, Wollongong, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
My research is generally within the area of Visual Cognition. In particular, I am interested in influences of perceptual cues on cognitive processing within the brain.
